VCP’s Square Sketch 380 Lyre Prop Sticks duplicate those used on Steinway’s product line from the mid-1920s until recently. Crisply square and including the handsome mid-length detail, they are furnished overly long, to be custom trimmed to fit the piano by the rebuilder. The lower diameter is appropriate to the rear of the pedal box, and the upper end fits into the square keybed pocket holes. We make these sticks, sold in pairs, in maple-for-ebony, mahogany, and walnut.
