We refer to this as the “Logo-Style” Pedal Lyre, so named for its physical resemblance
to the historic Steinway & Sons trademark. Virtually all model A through D grand pianos originally equipped with “Ice Cream Cone” legs utilized this carved pedal lyre. Vintage Case Parts has duplicated this component in clear soft maple, ready for ebonizing, and solid mahogany, so no faux-finishing is required.
